Do you have time to complete the application, take it to the city and then wait in line to get it submitted? Well, you’re in luck! I’m Mel Corley and I DO!

I have provided over 8 years of quality service within the industry and am familiar with the city personnel in the Metropolitan Phoenix area. When needed attendance to Design Review Board Meetings can be scheduled. I have all the necessary forms and all the information can be faxed or e-mailed to me.

Not only do I submit for the permit, but I also routinely or regularly communicate with each municipality to monitor the permit process. Upon request, I will obtain landlord approval, meet with sign inspectors for preliminary and/or final inspection and even arrange Blue Stake Service or Surveys.
